A qué apuntamos
Si algo no te funciona, dínoslo
Accessibility statement
Last updated: August 18, 2026
We want this page to be comfortable to use regardless of age, eyesight or device. Many of the families we serve use a phone and cannot always see small text, so this is not a formality for us.
What we aim for
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as our reference. We do not claim certified conformance: we state that this is the standard we use to review and fix things.
What we did
- Large text by default. Body text starts at 19 pixels, larger than typical, and scales up if you increase your browser's font size.
- Large buttons. Primary buttons are at least 58 pixels tall, comfortable to tap with a thumb or an unsteady hand.
- Contrast. We check that text and important elements have sufficient contrast against the background.
- Keyboard. The whole page can be navigated with the tab key, and the focused element is marked with a visible outline.
- Screen readers. We use semantic HTML, images carry alternative text, and form fields have their own labels, never just placeholder text inside the field.
- Reduced motion. If your system is set to reduce animation, the page detects it and turns animations off.
- Two languages. All content is in Spanish and English, and the language is marked in the code so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
- No traps. There are no pop-ups covering the content, no carousels that move on their own, and no countdown pressuring you to decide.
What we know is missing
We would rather say it before you find out:
- Some documents we send by email, such as carrier brochures, are PDFs we do not control and may not be properly tagged. If you need one in another format, ask and we will provide it.
- Our accessibility reviews are done in-house. We have not yet had an external audit or testing with people who use screen readers daily.
If something does not work, tell us
If you cannot read something, tap a button or complete a form, write to jenny@seedlinesolutions.com or call (551) 866-7188. Tell us which part and on what device, and we will fix it.
And one important thing: using the website is never required to be our client. Everything you can do here can be done by phone or WhatsApp, with a person.
